Questions small business owners ask
How much does a website redesign cost?
The preview is free. If you like it and want it live, the redesign is a one-time $250. After that, hosting and care is $49 a month (Essentials) or $89 a month (Plus, which adds Google Business Profile upkeep). There are no setup fees or long contracts.
How long does it take?
Most previews are ready within about a week of your request. Once you approve it and we make your changes, going live usually takes a few days, depending on how quickly we can update your domain settings together.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. Your domain stays registered in your name, and your text, photos and logo are yours. If you ever cancel, we will hand over your site files and help you move, at no charge.
Do you handle hosting?
Yes. Both monthly plans include fast, secure hosting, an SSL certificate (the padlock in the browser), security updates and backups. You don't need to deal with any technical setup.
What if I need changes later?
Just send us an email or use the form. Essentials includes up to about 30 minutes of small edits a month, like new hours, prices, photos or a holiday notice. Plus includes more edit time and a monthly check-in. Bigger projects are quoted upfront before any work starts.
Will this help me show up on Google?
Your new site is built to be fast, mobile-friendly and clearly tell Google what you do and where you do it, which helps local search. The Plus plan also keeps your Google Business Profile (the listing with your hours and map pin) up to date. We're honest about it, though: nobody can guarantee a #1 ranking.
What if I don't like the preview?
Then you don't pay anything. Tell us what to change and we'll revise it, or simply say no thanks. There is no obligation.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, anytime, with no cancellation fee. There's no long-term contract.
Do you work with businesses outside Long Island?
Yes. We work with small businesses anywhere in the US. Everything is done online: you send us your current website, we email you a private preview link, and we handle changes by email or video call. If you're on Long Island, we're also happy to meet in person.
